Heinz Gumin Prize ceremoniously presented to Wolfgang Hackbusch
In a festive award ceremony the Carl Friedrich von Siemens foundation presented the Heinz Gumin Prize for Mathematics, the highest endowed prize for mathematics in Germany, to our director emeritus Wolfgang Hackbusch.
